Hours/Age Requirement
The Spa is open 9am-6pm daily for guests of at least 18 years of age. Spa services are only available by appointment, when accompanied by a parent, for those under the age of 18.
Check in & Cancellations
To maximize your experience at Spa Portofino, please arrive 20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This will give you time to relax and let your mind enter a peaceful and tranquil place. If you do arrive late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you, but cannot promise your full service time. Please remember appointments are scheduled precisely and will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. In order to accommodate you, we require a 24-hour notice for any changes and/or cancellations.A cancellation fee of the full service charge of your scheduled service(s) will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours.. All Cancellations must be made directly with the Spa. To make, reschedule, or cancel and appointment or service, please dial 850-916-3455 or *55 from your unit.
Safety
No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the spa or locker rooms. Please limit the time in the stream room or sauna to no more than 15 minutes before showering and cooling down. Heat can be dangerous to pregnant women and people with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes. Please consult your physician first.
