Rosemary has been with Portofino since December of 2008. She started as the Accounts Payable Administrator and was promoted to HOA Controller in December 2020. She is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company financial planning and budget management functions for the Portofino Master and Five Tower Homeowners Associations. Her job entails protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. She prepares budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data. She achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Rosemary oversees the daily operations of the finance department which includes managing a staff of five accounting personnel. She also directs financial audits and provides recommendations for procedural improvements. Rosemary has continued to be a vital and appreciated part of the unseen Portofino system.
