Profile: Kim has been with Portofino since April 2009. She started as the HOA Staff Accountant and was promoted to HOA Controller in August 2012. She was later promoted to Director of Associations in December 2020. Kim is responsible for the management and support of all Portofino Associations, which includes ensuring all meetings (Owner, Board, and Committee) are properly conducted in accordance with governing documents and Florida Statutes. She works closely with the HOA Controller, Rosemary Smith, on interim and year end audits, as well as financial statement presentations. Kim manages the HOA Administrative office and works closely with the Director of Courtesy Patrol, Garin Williams, to ensure the safety of homeowners and guests. Kim has the reputation of spending countless hours, ensuring Association and Accounting matters are handled accurately and on schedule.
