Profile: Has been the Director of Maintenance for Portofino since 2004. Responsible for operations of Portofino Maintenance Department with over 40 employees. The department maintains all common areas of Five Towers and Master HOA as well as provides in-unit maintenance and repair services for majority of the 765 units at Portofino. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to Associations Controller with all six Associations operating and reserves annual budgets development; design and construction administration of all renovations and new construction projects at Portofino; long-term building and infrastructure maintenance and upgrade planning. Due to his lengthy tenure and extensive accurate knowledge of the Portofino property, he has been called "Mr. Portofino" by some experts. |
